He demonstrates the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle by playing sports, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. Mr. Paronyan holds a Bachelor of Science, focusing on Consumer Science from California State University Northridge. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry, influencing and inspiring his constituents along the way.

Diana Tavmasyan is a passionate and dedicated professional in the healthcare field, holding both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management. With a strong commitment to improving the lives of others, Diana has turned her long-standing passion into reality by owning and managing a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Her expertise in healthcare management, combined with her dedication to providing compassionate care, has allowed her to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for seniors. Diana’s goal is to maintain a high standard of care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being for every resident. She believes in the power of personalized care, ensuring that each resident feels like part of a close-knit community.

Diana is also a devoted mother of three who values spending quality time with her family. Her love for nurturing and caring extends beyond her home, as she is the proud owner and administrator of a senior living facility called My Elderly Home.
